| This festival gets bigger and better every year. Over 150,00 music fans from all over the world come to Austin for this festival. More than 130 bands belt out 30 hours of non-stop music on eight stages. Last year’s line-up included Coldplay, Widespread Panic, Oasis, The Black Crowes, Lyle Lovett, Lucinda Williams, John Prine, the list goes on! (By the way, if you’re not from here, you might not realize that it’s still hot as you-know-what in September.) |

| This annual arts & crafts, music and food festival has been going on as long as I can remember. The entire street is blocked off, as well as some of the side street. Booths and booths of fun things to look at. Get Christmas shopping done early! Entertainment stages are set with great local talent. |
